Vere Marie Khan
Born on August 21, 1992. Current age is sixteen. Marie has been writing since she was 12- her first novel, A Place in The Sun, has been in planning since she was 14. The first draft was created when she was only 15 and she is currently in her editing process. She is a senior, Form 5, at Providence Girls Catholic High School. Known for her eccentric yet friendly behavior- she is extroverted and a very big fan of reading. Her favourites are classics which include, 'The Picture of Dorian Gray, 'Paradise Lost', 'Scaramoche' and 'The Brothers Karmazov'.

Her taste in music is very diverse. A fan of metal, classical, opera, casual rock, country, pop, rap and what not. She has also a very heavy anime fan. Her favourites include 'Death Note', 'Mononoke (2007)', 'Last Exile', 'Katekyo Hitman Reborn', 'Trinity Blood','Hetalia', 'Junjou Romantica', 'Ai No Kusabi', 'Vampire Hunter D' and many others.
She is currently unpublished but she has contribued to many newspapers in Trinidad with letters and articles.
